• A lack of resources

• Threats to the existing market

• Personal threat

• Inertia and organizational rigidity

• “Not invented here” syndrome

But how does it really work? 2016年11月，我有幸参加了在斯特拉斯堡举办的秋季创意管理学院.

It began with a 10 minute pitch, where the idea owner presented the project, its value proposition, and the key points of the business model. The audience was then divided into two groups: One group was identified as knights; the other group was identified as dragons. 骑士是这个理念的捍卫者，而龙是攻击者. 每个小组随后被分成4-5人的小小组. 每个骑士团队都专注于突出有价值的元素，并提出改进或扩展的想法. 每个团队都专注于可能导致想法失败的风险，并负责提出替代解决方案以降低风险.

The second, and in my opinion the most powerful aspect of this tool, is its ability to bring together all of the stakeholders. Whether you were a knight or a dragon, 会议将观众转变为参与者，并将他们投射到项目的未来, prompting them to visualize its success, or devise a way to avoid failure. This radically changes the participant's perspective.
